Lunar timing rationale

Why the July 29 full moon is the anchor.

Nematodes (especially Ascaris — Clark's #1 target alongside Fasciolopsis) mate during the full moon window. Kill them when they're active and vulnerable rather than encysted.

Alignment map for this cycle:

  • Day 1 (Jul 26) — 3 days before full moon. Ramp begins as parasite activity climbs.
  • Days 3–5 (Jul 28–30) — Kalcker's "3 days of full moon" window. Protocol reaches full dose exactly here.
  • Days 5–18 (Jul 30 – Aug 12) — Full waning moon phase. Maximum-kill window at full dose.
  • Day 18 (Aug 12) — New moon. Mid-protocol; die-off should have subsided into steady state.
  • Days 19–30 (Aug 13–24) — Waxing moon. Protocol continues; catches any newly hatching from eggs the cloves are killing.
  • Day 34 (Aug 28) — Next full moon (partial lunar eclipse — "Sturgeon Blood Moon"). First maintenance dose lands here. Clark's weekly maintenance from this point forward can be timed to each full moon.
Alternative start
If July 26 is too soon to source remaining adjuncts (probiotic, milk thistle, binders), the next viable start is Tuesday August 25, 2026 (3 days before the Aug 28 full moon). Trade-off: that full moon is a partial lunar eclipse. Some Kalcker-tradition practitioners deliberately time to eclipse full moons; some avoid them. No clean answer from the source files. Your call.

Daily schedule template

Times anchored to a typical ~11am–7pm eating window. Sequence matters more than exact clock times: fast-break → tincture → herbs → food → zapper → biomagnetic → repeat cycles → ornithine.

On rising
Qigong / journal / ritual (unchanged). Sacred window preserved. No protocol activity here.
~7:00am
Diatomaceous earth — 1 tsp in water, on empty stomach.DE is inert to fasting; abrasive-mechanical action on parasite cuticles begins immediately.
~10:45am
Tincture dose #1 in ½ cup lukewarm water, sipped over 15 min. Then Wormwood Combo + Cloves.Empty stomach, ~15 min before breaking fast. Not hot water — heat degrades activity.
11:00am
Break fast. First meal (largest meal of day preferred). With food: milk thistle, B-complex, turmeric, CoQ10, vitamin C dose 2.
~11:30am
Zapper cycle: 7 min → 25 min rest → 7 min → 25 min rest → 7 min. Total ~75 min. After tincture maximizes overlap. Wet electrodes well (salt water on the cloth wrap).
Biomagnetic slot A — mid-day (primary window)
Every session: Glúteo × 2 (baseline) + today's rotating target pair (see day-of-week table in biomag section)
~15 min per pair, ~30 min total. Space ≥30 min from herb doses.
~2:30pm
Activated charcoal OR bentonite clay (1 dose in water).Between meals. Keep ≥2 hours from herbs and other supplements. Binds die-off endotoxins in the gut before reabsorption.
~3:30pm
Tincture dose #2 + Wormwood Combo + Cloves (before afternoon meal or snack).
Late afternoon
Evening workout window (cycling / jog / swim / kung fu — as normally scheduled).Zone 2 fine during die-off; hard intervals not recommended days 2–5. Skip if HRV is depressed or Body Battery under 30.
~6:30pm
Tincture dose #3 + Wormwood Combo + Cloves (before dinner).
7:00pm
Dinner. Close eating window ~7pm to preserve 16:8.With food: magnesium, vitamin C dose 3.
Biomagnetic slot B — evening (daily)
Alternating hepatic pair: odd-numbered days = Hígado – Cola de páncreas (Resentimiento) · even-numbered days = Hígado – Pericardio (Enojo/Ira)
~15 min. Before 9pm. Supports the organ carrying the herb metabolism load.
~9:30pm
Probiotic (multi-strain, high CFU) — 2+ hours after last herb dose.Only after day 15. Days 1–14 the herbs are still hitting gut flora; adding probiotic then is wasted.
Before bed
Ornithine 500mg with water.Parasite die-off releases ammonia which disrupts sleep. Certain per Clark file.

30-day dosing schedule with moon phase

Ramp days 1–4 → full label dose days 5–~26 → wind-down as bottles empty. Full moon phase shown per day.

34Fri Aug 28FULL MOON (eclipse)Maintenance: 6 caps Wormwood Combo + 3 caps Cloves once weekly, single dose. Refill tincture separately.

Kit math: Wormwood Combo 200 caps ÷ 6/day = ~33 days supply. Cloves 200 caps ÷ 3/day = ~66 days. Tincture 60ml at 45 drops (~2.25ml)/day = ~26 days. Tincture exhausts first, which is your natural wind-down cue.

Full moon week (days 3–5) is the peak-effort window
Nematodes mating in the intestine = maximum vulnerability to the herbs. If you tolerate the ramp well, don't skip a dose during Jul 28–30. This is the highest-yield 72 hours of the entire 30 days.

Zapper protocol

Clark's 3×7 pattern, daily. Basic 2-electrode ~30kHz is what she prescribed.

Sequence: 7 min zap → 20–30 min rest → 7 min zap → 20–30 min rest → 7 min zap. Total window ~75 min.

Why the two rest gaps Certain (per Clark file): First zap kills parasites, releasing viruses and bacteria they hosted. Second zap kills those. Third catches whatever the second wave released. Skipping the rests loses the cascade.

Best timing: Right after the tincture dose (~11:30am). Electric current doesn't reach bowel lumen effectively — tincture does. One window covers both compartments.

Electrode contact: Wet copper handles with salt water; salt water conducts significantly better than plain. Alternate hands if skin sensitivity develops.

Optional intensification during full moon window
Clark's file: "Para máximo efecto, es mejor hacer 3 sesiones con el Zapper al día durante la duración del programa." Certain per file. If you tolerate day 5 well, run a second 3×7 cycle after tincture dose #2 and a third after dose #3 during days 3–7 (the full moon + immediately post window). That's up to 3 cycles/day = ~225 min. Return to 1 cycle/day after day 7.

Biomagnetic pairs — committed schedule

Pairs selected from your project files (Pares de Biomagnetismo Medicinal Goiz canon + Manual de Biomagnetismo Ojeda Ríos) matched to Clark's herbal targets. Fixed 7-day rotation, no choices to make day-of.

The 11 pairs I'm using and why each was chosen

Baseline (every day, mid-day slot)
Parásitos intestinalesGlúteo × 2 (bilateral gluteals) — general coverage since no PCR ID
Rotating target pairs — one per day, mid-day slot, added on top of baseline
Fasciolopsis burskiEsófago × 2 — Clark's #1 named target
Oxiuros (Enterobius)Ano – Contraciego — pinworms, sleep-disturbance link
Taenia soliumDuodeno – Riñones — tapeworm; Kalcker notes Clark's herbs are less effective vs. cestodes, so this pair adds complementary pressure
Ameba histolíticaParietal Izq. – Colon Transverso — coastal MX water exposure risk
Giardia lambliaAgujero × 2 — coastal MX water exposure risk
TricomonasCiego – Riñón D.
Miscelio intestinalisUréter – Píloro — candida overgrowth; die-off frequently triggers it, pre-empting rather than reacting
Full-moon-day expansion (July 29 only)
ReservoriosInterciliar – Sacro — parasite reservoirs; added on peak activity day for expanded coverage
Evening hepatic support (every day, alternating)
ResentimientoHígado (−) – Cola de páncreas (+) — odd-numbered days
Enojo / IraHígado (−) – Pericardio (+) — even-numbered days

Specific date overrides

Date Protocol day Override
Wed Jul 29Day 4 · FULL MOONMid-day: Glúteo × 2 · Fasciolopsis (Esófago × 2) · Reservorios (Interciliar – Sacro). Evening: Enojo/Ira (Hígado – Pericardio).
Wed Aug 12Day 18 · NEW MOONNormal Wednesday rotation. No override — waning phase kill window continues.
Fri Aug 28Day 34 · next full moon (eclipse)Maintenance-phase biomagnetic session: Glúteo × 2 · Fasciolopsis (Esógafo × 2) · Reservorios (Interciliar – Sacro). Repeat on each subsequent full moon.
Session structure
Mid-day: 2 pairs × ~15 min each = ~30 min total. Full-moon and Saturday expansion days = 3 pairs × ~15 min = ~45 min.
Evening: 1 pair × ~15 min.
Magnet strength: Ojeda Ríos manual specifies threshold ≥1000 gauss for pair formation. Therapy magnets typically 2,000–14,000 gauss.
Timing constraint: ≥30 min separation from herb doses.

Adjunct supplements

Recommended specifically for this Clark-Null-Kalcker synthesis. Cross-check against what you already take; drop duplicates.

Core protective (do not skip)

  • Milk thistle (silymarin) — 300–600 mg/day, divided. Hepatoprotective. Wormwood, quassia, and male fern all metabolize through the liver. Certain mechanism.
  • Ornithine — 500 mg at bedtime. Counters ammonia-driven insomnia during die-off. Certain per Clark file.
  • Vitamin C — 2–3 g/day divided across 2–3 doses. Both Clark and Null emphasize this. Clark specifically: "1 a 5 grs. en cada comida" for general use. Bowel tolerance is the limiter.
  • Niacinamide — 500 mg on hand. Counteracts alcohol from tincture. Certain per Clark file.
  • Magnesium (glycinate or citrate) — 300–400 mg/day evening. Muscle relaxation, GI comfort, kidney clearance support.

Die-off toxin binders (recommended)

  • Activated charcoal or bentonite clay — 1 mid-afternoon dose, isolated ≥2 hours from herbs. Binds endotoxins from dead parasites. Certain per Kalcker file — both listed as first-line binders.
  • Diatomaceous earth (food grade) — 1 tsp in water on empty stomach, morning. Mechanical action on worm cuticles + toxin adsorption. Damian's dose already calculated by weight.

Immune & gut support

  • Fresh raw garlic — 1–2 cloves crushed into food daily. Null: eliminates most strains of parasites. Certain per Null file. Raw only — cooking destroys allicin.
  • Raw pumpkin seeds — ~30 g/day. Cucurbitin paralyzes tapeworms.
  • Multi-strain probiotic — high CFU (30+ billion). Start day 15, continue through day 45. Days 1–14 the herbs are hitting gut flora — probiotics before day 15 are wasted.
  • B-complex (methylated forms) — 1/day with food. B vitamins deplete during hepatic detox.

Optional

  • Grapefruit seed extract — 10–15 drops in water 2×/day. Null mentions for parasite expulsion. GSE inhibits CYP3A4 — check for medication interactions.
  • Turmeric + piperine — 500 mg curcumin/day. Anti-inflammatory + bile flow.
  • CoQ10 — 100 mg/day. Mitochondrial support during high toxin load.
  • Red clover flowers (Trifolium pratense) — 2 caps × 3/day. Clark's file lists among cancer-adjacent immune plants; historically used alongside her protocol.
  • Echinacea — 2 caps × 3/day. Also on Clark's list.

Intestinal clearance intensification

Kalcker-style clearance layered onto Clark. Optional but useful. Dead parasites need to leave the body — sitting in the gut = reabsorption of toxins.

Weekly castor oil purge (Kalcker-standard)

Once per week during the protocol, on a rest day or Saturday morning: castor oil at your calculated body-weight dose. Certain per Kalcker file — he uses castor oil, Epsom salts, or senna leaves as the purge component. Castor oil is his preferred option.

Timing: Not on full moon peak days (Jul 28–30) — you want maximum herb contact time then, not accelerated transit. Best weekly purge days for this cycle: Aug 2, Aug 9, Aug 16, Aug 23.

Daily bowel regularity

If you're not eliminating at least once daily during the protocol, magnesium citrate at 500–800mg evening (higher than the 300–400 for muscle support) will restore transit without the aggression of a full purge.

Enemas

Kalcker recommends daily CD enemas during Protocol P. For a Clark-based protocol, plain water or coffee enemas 2–3× per week during peak die-off (days 3–10) accomplish the same goal: physical removal of dead parasite load from the colon before reabsorption. Optional based on your tolerance and preference.

Purge day protocol
On castor oil purge days: take the oil first thing in morning, empty stomach. Skip the DE that morning. Expect ~2–6 hours to first elimination. Stay hydrated — extra 750ml water spread through the day. Skip the workout that evening. Resume normal protocol next day.

Hydration & seawater

Your existing 150ml isotonic Quinton + 2L total water is well-aligned. Small overlay only.

Your baseline delivers ~500–540mg sodium plus 78+ trace minerals via the marine plasma — maintenance-level Quinton, appropriate for daily use. Certain based on standard isotonic Quinton composition.

Overlay for the 30 days

  • Days 1–5 (ramp + full moon peak): bump total to ~2.5L. Extra 500ml is plain filtered water. Kidney clearance capacity is the limiter for die-off endotoxins.
  • Days 6–30: back to your ~2L baseline unless symptoms flare.
  • Purge days: +750ml above baseline on castor oil days.
  • Seawater dose: unchanged at 150ml. Consistency matters more than dose adjustment.
  • Urine color: pale straw = good. Dark yellow during die-off = +500ml that day.

Playa del Carmen humidity factor: baseline sweat losses are already elevated. The ramp-day bump accounts for both die-off clearance and coastal climate combined.

Diet overlay (Gary Null)

Applied to the 30-day window.

Prioritize

  • Fresh raw garlic — 1–2 cloves/day, crushed into finished dishes
  • Raw pumpkin seeds — ~30 g/day
  • Raw onions — moderate use in salads/salsas
  • Horseradish or real wasabi — small amounts with meals
  • Fresh ginger — grated into water or food daily
  • Fresh papaya seeds — 5–10 chewed with food (proteolytic enzymes attack cuticles)
  • Bitter greens (arugula, dandelion, chicory) — bile flow support
  • High-fiber vegetables — mechanical sweep of dead parasite load
  • Sprouts (alfalfa, lentil, mung) — Clark file specifically recommends home-sprouted, 2 varieties daily

Avoid or reduce

  • Crustaceans (shrimp, crab, lobster) — Null flags as parasite vectors. Certain per Null file.
  • Raw beef, sushi, ceviche
  • Pork and pork products
  • Refined sugars and refined carbs — parasite food source in the intestines
  • Dairy during die-off — casein slows transit
  • Alcohol (aside from tincture) — competes for hepatic clearance pathway
  • Undercooked meat and undercooked dairy — Clark's specific reinfection sources
Interaction with IF window
Tincture inside eating window (~15 min before food), not deep in fasted phase. Alcohol hits harder on 16-hour empty stomach. Dose 1 right at fast-break.

Safety flags specific to this configuration

Male fern (Aspidium filix-mas) in the Kroeger blend
Certain Filicic acid is hepatotoxic and neurotoxic at excess doses. Likely at the sub-fraction in a 350mg 5-herb blend, risk is low but not zero.

Discontinue immediately and see a physician if: visual disturbance, persistent headache, yellowing of eyes/skin, upper right quadrant pain, unusual weakness, tinnitus, or confusion.
Wormwood / thujone ceiling
Certain 4 weeks continuous is the standard herbal ceiling. Don't extend past 30 days without a break of at least 2 weeks.
Water fasting during this window
Do not overlap. Finish the 30-day protocol, wait a week, then fast if planned.
Cross-source black walnut
Certain Wormwood Combo contains black walnut leaves; tincture is black walnut hull. Different plant parts. No overdose concern, but tannins in leaves bind mineral supplements — take iron, zinc, calcium ≥2 hours away from Wormwood Combo doses.
Zapper contraindications
Do not use if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electrical device. Do not use if pregnant. Wet electrodes fully — dry contact = weak current + potential skin discomfort.

Tracking & stop signs

Normal die-off (expected days 2–5, peak days 3–5 = full moon window)

  • Mild headache
  • Fatigue, low Body Battery on Garmin
  • Brain fog
  • Loose stools or altered bowel pattern
  • Low-grade nausea
  • Mild body aches

These are the sign the protocol is working. Hydration + charcoal/bentonite handle it.

Garmin markers to watch

  • Body Battery — drops days 2–5 expected. If under 30 for 3+ consecutive days, back off one dose step and hold 2 extra days before resuming ramp.
  • HRV — dip during die-off expected. If >20% below baseline for 3+ consecutive days, same adjustment.
  • Resting HR — usually elevated 2–5 bpm during die-off. Sustained >10 bpm elevation = pull back.
  • Sleep score — often drops days 2–5. Ornithine at bedtime is the direct counter.
Stop and seek medical attention if
Fever >38.5°C sustained · blood in stool · severe RUQ pain · yellowing of eyes/skin · visual changes · confusion · allergic reaction (rash + facial/throat swelling) · persistent vomiting · symptoms worsening past day 7 instead of improving.

Post-protocol & next full moon

Clark's maintenance schedule Certain per Clark file: once weekly, take 2 tsp Black Walnut Hull Tincture + 7 Wormwood capsules + 3 Cloves capsules on empty stomach. Prophylaxis against reinfection.

Timing to next full moon: your first maintenance dose lands on Friday August 28, 2026 — the next full moon (Sturgeon Blood Moon, partial lunar eclipse). Aligning weekly maintenance to full moon is straightforward: every ~28-29 days you dose on or near the full moon. The subsequent full moon is Saturday, September 26, 2026 (Harvest Moon).

Kroeger-kit-adapted maintenance

You'll be out of tincture after ~day 26. Two options:

  • Option A (closer to Clark): Reorder standalone Black Walnut Hull Tincture Extra Strength from Kroeger, Now Foods, or Herb Pharm. 2 tsp weekly + 6 caps Wormwood Combo + 3 caps Cloves.
  • Option B (kit-only): Skip the tincture in maintenance. 6 caps Wormwood Combo + 3 caps Cloves once weekly. Loses the tincture's black walnut hull juglone but retains the wormwood + clove coverage.

Days 31–45

  • Continue probiotic (started day 15, runs through day 45)
  • Continue milk thistle at half dose (300 mg/day) through day 45
  • Continue raw garlic and pumpkin seeds as normal food
  • Water back to 2L baseline with 150ml seawater
  • Resume normal training intensity
  • Continue biomagnetic pairs 2–3× per week if you have the pairs mapped

Retest

If PCR eventually comes back positive for a specific parasite, retest at day 60 (30 days post-protocol) for that specific parasite. Herbs don't clear 100% of infections in every case; retest is how you decide whether a second round or Kalcker's Protocolo P is needed.

Second round decision gate

Escalate to Protocolo P only if: (a) PCR remains positive at day 60, OR (b) subjective wellbeing suggests persistent parasitic issues. If clear on both, drop to weekly maintenance and reassess in 3 months.
