The first is treating the cards as a memorization system — 78 meanings to retrieve on demand — rather than as a living symbolic language that speaks through you. The second is practicing without lineage: self-teaching from books produces readers who are technically proficient but spiritually untethered. The third is confusing intuition with psychic development. They are not the same thing, and one does not automatically become the other.
Arcana is a three-year mastery apprenticeship for serious readers. Twenty members. Live sessions every Thursday, 1:00–2:30 PM EST, beginning May 7, 2026. We work across four lineages — Hermetic, Kabbalistic, elemental, and esoteric — building the kind of depth that cannot be acquired from courses or books alone. The price reflects the commitment: $2,150–$2,600 per year, depending on enrollment tier. There is no certification. There is no graduation project. There is only the practice, and the people serious enough to give three years to it.
